Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit back to our facility.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
