How do you ensure the privacy of my order?
We prioritize your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked cardboard boxes or padded mailers with a generic return address. There will be no mention of 'Smoke Shop' or specific products on the exterior of the package.
Do I need to be of a certain age to purchase?
Yes. You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction) to purchase any products from our store. We utilize a third-party age verification system at checkout to comply with federal and state laws.
What happens if my glass item arrives broken?
While we pack our glass items with extreme care, accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the broken item and the packaging to receive a free replacement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) as well as secure cryptocurrency payments. For your security, the billing address must match the address on file with your credit card issuer.
Is international shipping available?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Due to varying international regulations regarding smoking accessories and vaporizers, we do not offer international delivery at this time.
Can I return a product if I have already used it?
No. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been used, even once. Returns for a refund or exchange are only accepted for brand new, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
